Title: Great Family Getaway

My children wanted a playground or recreational area for some extra entertainment.

The hotel was within 10 minute walk to a very useful train station. The room was very clean though quite small. Area is completely safe. Staff was extremely patient and helpful but with limited English skills. The cost was quite reasonable which helps you overlook the size of the room. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. Fast food is right next door but true french cuisine requires a 15-20 minute walk into the residential areas. Laundry facilities are a 20 minute walk; bring coins! We will return to the same hotel when we complete our three week journey due to its low cost, location to trains and access to cdg airport.

Rooms are very small, but very reasonable in cost.

When we left the hotel we forgot an important briefcase on the top of our car, the desk clerk called us after finding our phone number inside the briefcase, this was, however, the only positive thing about this hotel.

This hotel is by far the absolutely worst hotel we have ever visited. Such lack of customer service and flexibility in a hotel near a large town is simply chocking. We brought four dogs, as we were participating in a dog exhibition in Paris Villepinte Expo. We explicitly wrote in our reservation that we would be bringing four dogs, and we even wrote which breeds they were. The reservation was made about 6 months prior to arrival, so one would say they did have time to answer the request with a decline on our request - because it appeared at time of arrival that hotel chain policy was that only one dog was allowed per room! This wasn't mentioned anywhere, neither on Booked.net (it actually even says "Dogs are allowed; plural!), on the hotel's own website nor in the hotel lobby, I was just told by the desk clerk that this was chain policy. I called Booked.net, who called the administration office of Premiere Classe, but there was absolutely nothing to do! We were, however, allowed to sleep the first night (we had booked four nights) with all dogs, so we could manage to find another hotel nearby, which wasn't very easy in the middle of the summer holidays with additionally 25.000 dog guests in the area! Furthermore, the key card didn't work four the first room we got, so we were changed to a two-person room, although we were three persons. I complained at the desk, but again, it was absolutely impossible for them to find an extra mattress, so our friend had to sleep on a blanket on the floor - literally! But I can truly say that we will never ever again sleep in any hotel of the Louvre Group! By the way, the chain should consider changing the name to Merde Classe Hotels....

We explored the nearby golf course and had so much fun swinging those clubs. We also enjoyed the total peace and quiet, perfect for a getaway with friends.

We were hoping for more fun activities for young party-goers.

The breakfast buffet was overflowing with fresh products and hot drinks, giving me a big smile in the morning. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Paris and the surrounding area. There are also convenient automatic check-in and check-out options, plus a vending machine for snacks and drinks.

No kettle, tea/coffee, or biscuits, but who needs those when you can have a sleepless night listening to rowdy football fans celebrating after the Portuguese win? And let's not forget about having to constantly remind the staff about my orders.

Reasonable price, all-you-can-eat breakfast, good location near train station, nice local restaurants and shops, Burger King nearby, private shower and washbasin.

The security was good, with a rolling iron gate. It was close to the local train station, offering good value for money. the breakfast was reasonable and all-you-can-eat. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the nearest train station and easy access to Paris. There were also nice local restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a Burger King just outside.

The hotel had a charming and welcoming ambiance that made me feel at ease during my stay. The decor was tastefully done, with soft colors and cozy furnishings, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with convenient ramps and elevators, making it easy to navigate around the premises.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially in catering to the specific needs of senior travelers. It would have been helpful if the staff had been more attentive and considerate towards the elderly guests, offering assistance with luggage or providing clear directions and recommendations.

I recently stayed at Premiere Classe in Saint-Brice for three nights on a business trip. The double bed was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. I appreciated having a private shower, toilet, and washbasin, along with fresh towels. The hotel's security was top-notch, with a rolling iron gate ensuring a safe environment. Despite being close to main roads, there was minimal traffic noise, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. With its proximity to the local train station, Premiere Classe offered great value for money.

premiere classe exceeded our expectations during this relaxation for a couple of days. the car park was safe, the room was clean, and the king bed was comfortable. it was a quiet location with little traffic noise. close to the train station and good value for money.

One thing was off - noisy neighbors.

We had a great time here! The hotel location was perfect- it was very near to the train station, so we could easily travel to Paris, and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. We also loved the all-you-can-eat breakfast that was included in the price. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Key location facts made the hotel accessible and convenient. Although the hotel had issues with its amenities such as the wifi and the television, the staff was kind enough to help us. the room price was relatively cheap compared to the other hotels in the area.

Our New Year experience at the hotel was quite disappointing due to the lack of proper services. the wifi was extremely slow, and we could not use the television during the stay.

Great value and convenient location. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable Easter break without breaking the bank. The family room was perfect for us, with two separate sleeping areas and a shared bathroom. We loved that it was just a short walk to the train station, making it easy for us to explore the nearby area. Plus, the free parking was a huge bonus.
